Who we are

SkilzVolt is operated by SEER Innovations Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company number 17100455). SEER Innovations Ltd is controller for account, authentication, support, service security, product administration and legal-compliance data. Where a business customer decides to include personal data in Customer Content, that customer is normally controller and we act as processor under our Business Data Processing Terms. What we store

• Account data — your name and email address from the sign-in provider you choose (Google or Microsoft). We never see your password.
• Workspace content — the skills you store, every proposed change and its full version history, and review decisions.
• Audit trail — a record of who did what and when (sign-ins, proposals, approvals, key creation and revocation), kept so your team can trust the history of its skills.
• Agent connections — connection keys are stored only as one-way hashes; we cannot recover a key after it is shown to you once.
• Catalogue snapshots — an authorised agent connection may request skill names and descriptions together with workspace, skill, current-version and update identifiers needed to resolve a later read. These metadata snapshots are short-lived and bound to that connection; they are not a new durable local copy of skill content.
• Session cookies — strictly necessary cookies that keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Why we process personal data

• Contract: to create accounts, provide workspaces, operate agent connections, support users and deliver requested features.
• Legitimate interests: to secure, troubleshoot and improve the service; prevent abuse; maintain reliable audit history; and communicate important operational information.
• Legal obligations: to keep records and respond to valid legal or regulatory requirements.
• Consent: only where we specifically ask for optional processing, such as future non-essential cookies or marketing. You can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Where your data lives

We use specialist infrastructure, authentication and email providers to operate SkilzVolt. We do not sell personal data. Our current providers and purposes are listed on the public Subprocessor List. Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where UK adequacy regulations do not apply, we use an appropriate safeguard such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How we use AI

SkilzVolt is built for AI agents, so we are precise about where AI touches your data:

• Your agents, your models. When your own agents (for example Claude) read skills or propose changes over MCP, that traffic flows between your agent and our servers. Which AI model your agent uses — and what it does with skill content — is governed by your agreement with your AI provider, not by us.
• Metadata-only catalogue bootstrap. An authorised connection can obtain names and descriptions for skills it may access. A connection bridge may briefly retain the associated skill ID, workspace, current version ID and update time privately, while exposing only compact name-and-description entries to its model. Full skill content is returned only when that connection requests the skill. Catalogue revisions reflect both current authorisation and metadata; access is checked live, same-name skills remain workspace-scoped, and snapshots are short-lived and connection-bound rather than a synchronised local mirror.
• Local proposal diffs. SkilzVolt computes proposal diffs locally without sending workspace content to a server-side AI model for analysis.
• Review mode is per skill. Skills can apply changes automatically, require human approval, or let the proposing agent review its own local diff ("agentic" mode). Agentic review runs through the agent connection your company already controls; SkilzVolt does not send the diff to an additional model provider.
• No training on your data. We do not use your skills, proposals, or any workspace content to train AI models, and we do not permit our processors to do so.
• No new AI provider or subprocessor. Catalogue bootstrap is performed by SkilzVolt and the agent connection the customer already authorised. It does not add a model provider or subprocessor and does not send catalogue metadata to a separate SkilzVolt-selected AI model.

Security, resilience and your backups

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including authentication, access controls, encrypted transport, one-way hashing for manual agent keys, operational logging, backups and incident response. No online service can promise absolute security or availability. SkilzVolt is not intended to be your sole backup or archival system, so you should maintain independent copies of important workspace content through the MCP skills_export_all tool, an assisted export from us, or another central repository.

Where a business customer is controller of personal data in Customer Content and we act as processor, we notify that customer about relevant personal-data breaches in line with the timing and other commitments in the Business Data Processing Terms.

Retention and deletion

Workspace content is retained while your account is active, because version history is the product. If you delete your account or ask us to, we delete your personal data and workspace content from active systems within 30 days, except where a legal obligation, dispute, fraud-prevention need or another lawful reason requires longer retention. Residual protected backups are removed through their ordinary lifecycle and are not restored for normal use. We retain a minimal legal-acceptance record (a pseudonymous account identifier, document versions and hashes, acceptance method and time) for up to six years after account closure where reasonably needed to establish or defend legal claims. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK GDPR gives you rights to be informed; access, correct and erase personal data; restrict or object to processing; receive portable data; and complain about automated decision-making. To exercise a right, email hello@skilzvolt.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this notice, we will update the version shown above and provide reasonable notice where practical. If a change also materially alters the Terms governing app use, we will require acceptance of the new version before further access.
