Privacy & AI Policy

Who we are
SkilzVolt is operated by SEER Innovations Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company number 17100455). SEER Innovations Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@skilzvolt.com.
What we store
- Account data — your name and email address from the sign-in provider you choose (Google or Microsoft). We never see your password.
- Workspace content — the skills you store, every proposed change and its full version history, and review decisions.
- Audit trail — a record of who did what and when (sign-ins, proposals, approvals, key creation and revocation), kept so your team can trust the history of its skills.
- Agent connections — connection keys are stored only as one-way hashes; we cannot recover a key after it is shown to you once.
- Session cookies — strictly necessary cookies that keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Where your data lives
All application data is stored in a database hosted in the European Union. Backups remain within the same region. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers that host the service, acting under our instructions.
How we use AI
SkilzVolt is built for AI agents, so we are precise about where AI touches your data:
- Your agents, your models. When your own agents (for example Claude) read skills or propose changes over MCP, that traffic flows between your agent and our servers. Which AI model your agent uses — and what it does with skill content — is governed by your agreement with your AI provider, not by us.
- AI review is optional and per-skill. Skills can be set to apply changes automatically, require human approval, or let the proposing agent review its own diff ("agentic" mode). Agentic review runs on the agent's own model — the one your company already sanctions — and no additional third-party model is involved.
- What is sent to model providers. Where a server-side AI feature processes a proposed change, it sees only the content of the affected skill and the proposed diff — never your whole library, your member list, or your audit trail.
- No training on your data. We do not use your skills, proposals, or any workspace content to train AI models, and we do not permit our processors to do so.
Retention and deletion
Workspace content is retained while your account is active, because version history is the product. If you delete your account or ask us to, we delete your personal data and workspace content within 30 days, except where a legal obligation requires longer retention. Contact hello@skilzvolt.com to request deletion.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, object to the processing of, and delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@skilzvolt.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and note the new date at the top. Significant changes affecting how AI processes your data will be announced to workspace owners by email.
